1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the MIRIAM Readings website and ordering our Turkish coffee tasseography interpretations, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
2. Nature of Spiritual Interpretations
All coffee cup readings delivered are interpretive products of subjective spiritual art forms. They represent the intuitive opinions and clairsentient feedback of the medium. They do not constitute legal, financial, professional, or medical advice. Decisions made based on our reports remain the absolute responsibility of the client.
3. Pricing and "All Sales Final" Policy
Prices are listed in USD. All transactions are final once scribing has commenced. Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of each reading, we cannot process refunds after a reading has transitioned into the in_progress state. You may only trigger cancellations and receive an automated refund while the order is in the paid (but not started) state from your dashboard.
4. Turnaround Hours Guarantee
We strive to deliver reports within your selected package turnaround window (24h, 48h, or 72h). Turnaround guarantees begin the moment your grounds images are uploaded. If we fail to deliver in that window, your payment is refunded automatically and the reading remains ours to complete.
5. Intellectual Property
The custom workspace reports, written descriptions, clairsentient vocal memos, and screen recordings delivered to your private dashboard are copyrighted assets owned by MIRIAM Readings. They are licensed to you for personal reflection and sharing, and may not be sold or modified.
