Can I upgrade my package after buying?
Yes. In your workspace dashboard, if Miriam has not yet begun scribing, you can select the 'Upgrade Scription' toggle to apply standard or premium voice/video options by paying the price difference.
What is the turnaround guarantee?
We guarantee delivery within the designated window (72, 48, or 24 hours) from the moment your grounds images are uploaded. If we fail to deliver in that window, your payment is refunded automatically.
Can I gift a coffee reading package to a friend?
Absolutely. During checkout, toggle the 'Is this a gift?' option. We will generate a luxury PDF voucher and digital code that you can share, valid for a single reading on our system.
